At the heart of the hotel is Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge, a celebrated Vancouver dining destination recognized by the Michelin Guide.
We are particularly interested in connecting with experienced culinary leaders from luxury hotel or fine-dining environments, with a strong foundation in European cuisine. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional culinary expertise with inspiring leadership, a passion for developing talented teams, and a meticulous approach to quality and consistency.
