Vancouver International Wine Festival Wine Dinner with Stoneboat

This past week marked the 47th annual Vancouver International Wine Festival, and we were delighted to host BC’s own Stoneboat Vineyards for an unforgettable evening celebrating their exceptional Pinot portfolio. The evening was a tremendous success, bringing together passionate wine enthusiasts from Vancouver and beyond, alongside several of the winemakers behind these fantastic wines.

Held in our Michelin Recommended Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge, this intimate dinner featured a curated selection of Stoneboat’s Reserve Tier Pinot wines, each chosen to highlight the depth, elegance, and expressive character of their craft. Every pour was thoughtfully paired with a multi course menu created by renowned Chef Stefan Hartmann, offering a seamless dialogue between glass and plate.

Founded in the Okanagan Valley in 1979, Stoneboat Vineyards has built a legacy rooted in respect for the land and the people who cultivate it. We were honoured to welcome vineyard owners Paul and Stephen Verhoeff, who shared their passion, stories, and remarkable knowledge with our guests throughout the evening.
