With spring around the corner, we are excited to welcome the return of one of the West Coast’s most anticipated seasonal ingredients, halibut! This beautiful fish is a true highlight of the spring and an incredible ingredient that is sustainably harvested and proudly indigenous to the waters of British Columbia.
To celebrate the start of the season, our Executive Chef Stefan Hartmann joined Jennifer Palma on Global News BC’s Morning Show this past Sunday for their Cooking Together segment. During the segment, Chef Hartmann prepared a stunning pan seared halibut with lobster bisque risotto, highlighting the fresh flavours and elegance that define spring on the West Coast.
