MICHELIN Guide Awards 2025

Bacchus has done it again! We are thrilled to share that we have received the honour of being Michelin Guide Recommended. Now celebrating our fourth consecutive year, we are deeply grateful to be recognized by the prestigious MICHELIN Guide, and be part of such an esteemed community of restauranteurs.

Last Thursday, we had the privilege of attending the MICHELIN Guide Awards to celebrate Vancouver’s most exceptional restaurants and talented chefs. Hosted at the Commodore Ballroom, the evening was filled with excitement, inspiring stories, and incredible culinary and cocktail creations from many of the city’s finest establishments.

This year, 76 Vancouver restaurants received MICHELIN recognition, including 12 Starred restaurants, 15 Bib Gourmands, and 49 Recommended. Congratulations to everyone who was recognized, and a special round of applause to Sumibiyaki Arashi and Sushi Hyun for earning their first MICHELIN Star!

The MICHELIN Guide has helped elevate Vancouver’s thriving culinary scene, highlighting our city’s place among the world’s top dining destinations. It is truly an honour to be named among Vancouver’s finest culinary destinations.
