Housekeeping Appreciation Week 2025

This week we honour the incredible people who form the heart of the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa, our outstanding Housekeeping team! The backbone of our hotel, they are the ones who keep every space inviting, every detail perfect, and every guest feeling cared for.

Many members of this team have been with us for 10, 20, even 30 years. Jimmy, our devoted houseman, is just one shining example of the loyalty and dedication that make this team extraordinary. Guided by Gloria, our amazing Executive Housekeeper, they have built a tight-knit family whose warmth and kindness ripple through every corner of the property.

Today we gathered for a special luncheon to celebrate this remarkable group. It is always such a joy to bring everyone together, even on one of the busiest days of the season! Taking time to honour their commitment and the pride they bring to their work is so important, and we are endlessly grateful for all they do.

Their professionalism and care are the very foundation of everything we accomplish here at the Wedgewood Hotel. To our wonderful Housekeeping team: thank you for your years of service, your laughter, and your unwavering dedication. You truly are the soul of our hotel!
