Clos Du Soleil Winemakers Dinner

We had the privilege of welcoming Clos Du Soleil Winery to Bacchus Restaurant for a sold-out evening celebrating the winery’s 20th anniversary. With a loyal following and a reputation as one of the Similkameen Valley’s most acclaimed wine producers, it was no surprise that this special event attracted wine enthusiasts eager to experience an unforgettable night of exceptional food and wine.

This intimate, multi-course dining experience featured a thoughtfully curated menu crafted by Executive Chef Stefan Hartmann, with each dish expertly paired by Head Sommelier Mark Taylor with a selection of Clos du Soleil’s premium wines. Guests had the opportunity to explore the winery’s portfolio, including limited-release and Winemaker’s Series selections, while learning about the philosophy and craftsmanship behind each bottle.
