Recently, our team had the pleasure of welcoming Julie Peglau, from Pacific Wine & Spirits Inc. who led an engaging session on all things Champagne Taittinger.

Taittinger is one of the most renowned and largest family owned Champagne producers in the world. The team learned about the house’s signature style, its roots in Reims, France, and its flagship wines while tasting the product. This hands on experience gives our staff a deeper understanding of how to guide guests and recommend pairings that complement their meals.

We continue to invest in ongoing training with sessions led by sake experts, tea connoisseurs, and some of the top sommeliers in the industry. This dedication to learning and craftsmanship has helped establish Bacchus as an enduring destination for wine lovers for more than 40 years!
